Onna Jones, NCC

Onna Jones, NCC is the Kensington Site Director at Hopeworks, where she leads the expansion of the site to accommodate more young adults, furthering Hopeworks' mission to propel young adults into long-term, living wage careers. Jones works to expand access to quality mental health care, navigate emergency housing resources, and support job placements for young adults. She has also fostered unique partnerships with school districts to develop innovative strategies for student success. Her dedication to equitable partnerships has been a key factor in the success of scaling social enterprises to connect more young people with programs. Jones was recently selected for the prestigious Nexus Fellowship, a program designed to equip social change leaders with tools to transform communities, organizations, and systems to advance equity, justice, and liberation.
