Halley E. Hadfield

Halley Hadfield joined REACH in October 2022 as the Director of Communications. Before joining REACH, she recently served as the Director of Communications and Outreach for Extensions for Community Health Outcomes (ECHO) in Colorado. She built partnerships across the state to support ECHO's expansion and success while establishing trust with new participants and engaging rural and frontier communities. 

Halley brings over a decade of strategic marketing experience from mission-driven organizations. She is committed to work that disrupts long-standing power imbalances and strives to bring an equitable and inclusive lens to work that uplifts underserved communities.
