Halley E. Hadfield

Halley Hadfield joined REACH in October 2022 as the Director of Communications. Before joining REACH, she recently supported Extensions for Community Health Outcomes (ECHO) in Colorado as the Director of Communications and Outreach. She built partnerships across the state to support the expansion and success of ECHO while establishing trust with new participants and engaging with rural and frontier communities. 

Halley brings over a decade of strategic marketing experience from mission-driven organizations. She is committed to work that disrupts long-standing power imbalances and strives to bring an equitable and inclusive lens to work that uplifts underserved communities.
