Dionne Phillips
Dionne Phillips joined REACH as a Content Coach in February 2023. She brings with her 23 years of experience and knowledge in the education field, working in New York and New Jersey public school districts.
In her career as an educator, Dionne has taught as a classroom teacher and currently serves as a Response to Intervention (RTI) Interventionist. As an Interventionist, she applies a variety of data-based interventions to provide educational support to struggling students in Language Arts and Mathematics. She is also a Data Integration Coordinator and a Substitute Principal and serves on various committees, including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, school improvement panel, crisis intervention, and character education.
Dionne has a master’s degree in special education from Touro College. She also holds a master’s degree in educational administration from Seton Hall University. Dionne is currently an Ed.D candidate at Rutgers New Brunswick Graduate School of Education, specializing in Teacher Leadership.
